Translations of overseas company records into English, and Australian corporate documents for use abroad.
Every company registry issues its own records. A Chinese 营业执照, a Japanese 履歴事項全部証明書, a Korean 법인등기부등본, a German Handelsregisterauszug, a French extrait Kbis, an Italian visura camerale, a Spanish escritura de constitución and a Dutch Chamber of Commerce extract all show who a company is and who controls it, but in very different formats. We translate them into English, and translate Australian company extracts, constitutions and resolutions into other languages.
Corporate records depend on identifiers. Company names, legal forms such as GmbH, S.L. or 有限责任公司, registration numbers and unified social credit codes must stay recognisable so the translation can be matched against the registry. We keep the company name as registered and translate the legal form without forcing it into an Australian structure such as Pty Ltd. Registry extracts often list historical changes of directors, capital and address in dense tables, and the layout is kept so each entry can be traced to the original.
Requirements differ between regulators, banks and registries, so check with the body you are submitting to before you order.
Choose certified if the translation will be lodged with a regulator, a registry or a bank. It is translated and certified by a NAATI certified translator. Choose professional translation (non-certified) for internal review and business use, such as reading a potential partner's constitution before negotiations. Company certification by Language Masters Pty Ltd is available on request for added assurance of accuracy.
Upload a clear copy of each document, including any apostille or notarial certificate. Single certificates and short extracts in many languages are priced instantly. Constitutions, minute books, financial statements and multi-document sets receive a written quote by email. Your translation is delivered by email as a PDF.
We translate what your documents say. We do not advise on their legal effect, and we cannot confirm whether a particular court or agency will accept them. Please check requirements with the receiving body or your lawyer.
The registered name is kept as it appears on the record, so it can be matched with the registry. If the company uses an established English name, for example on an Australian registration, mention it in your enquiry.
